Mix all ingredients and knead into a thoroughly kneaded dough.
Divide the dough into 1,650 g pieces to make 30 rolls from each piece (55g each). Then allow the rolls to proof for 10 minutes. Divide them using a divider/moulder and shape them into dough balls. Brush the bread rolls using whole egg, and decorate with black sesame seeds or other seeds.
Place the dough rolls on a greased baking tray, proof for about 70 minutes and bake.
Tip: Vary the colours by adding 2% acai powder, 2% carbon powder or 5% Curcuma Mix.
