Chocuise coatings can be divided into 2 groups: compound coatings and Souplesse. The coatings are available in easy melt, blocks or bulk. Chocuise compound coatings are highly suitable for baked goods that aren't kept refrigerated. Souplesse is used for refrigerated or frozen products. Souplesse remains flexible so it does not break away from your product. After thawing, no condensation is formed on the coating. Both products are available in a number of colours and flavours, are easy to process and taste great!
