Chocolate Oat Cookies

1.000 g Bak Speciaal Oat Cookies 100%
150 g Butter 15%
60 g Water 6%
200 g Chocolate drops 20%




Mix the butter and Bak Speciaal Oat Cookies into a crumbs and then add the water. Once the dough is formed, add the chocolate drops. Roll even rolls of 4 cm Ø and let the dough chill in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Then cut slices of 50 grams (approx. 3 cm) and bake.

Baking time: 16 min
Baking temp: 190°C, descending
Quantity: 28 pieces
