Banoffee cake

Ingredients  
1.000 g Damco banoffee cakemix 
500 g Butter
500 g Whole egg


Method: 
Make sure that all the ingredients are at bakery temperature. Soften the butter with a flat whisk (it shouldn’t become airy). Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 2 minutes in the second gear until smooth. After baking, decorate the cake as desired.

Baking time: ca. 60 min
Baking temp.: ca. 160°C
